Cancelers were entities created by the Eleventh Doctor while he was Chief Executive of SERVEYOUinc. (COMIC: The Other Doctor) They went around copywriting any new content so it became the property of SERVEYOUinc, therefore squashing all creativity and making SERVEYOUinc City a very bleak place. The Cancelers were all in the image of the Chief Executive, looking like grey clones of him. [source needed]
