A race of Daleks who passed themselves off as Defence Drones were imperfectly cloned from the remains of the the Reconnaissance Scout Dalek fought off by Team TARDIS in 2018 England. They were all black Daleks regardless of rank and had a unique design with no plunger-like manipulator arm.
When the “Drones” were brought online, Dalek mutants transported themselves into the casings using ultra violet light and began exterminating nearby humans. They were all destroyed by a Dalek Death Squad, which the Doctor had summoned to Earth, who deemed them impure. (TV: Revolution of the Daleks)
