The fourth Doctor Who: Battles in Time magazine special from GE Fabbri Ltd was edited by Claire Lister.

- This forty-page magazine was presented as an episode guide to Series Four (including the 2007 Christmas Special Voyage of the Damned), and is full of facts, monster low-downs and puzzles.
- Also included was a centre-pages tick-off Collectors chart for cards 826 to 1075.

- This fourth Battles in Time Special launched the new "Devastator" add-on set to the Battles in Time trading cars series and was priced £4.99 (UK).
