ABBA were a band popular during the at least 1970s. They were of especial interest to the Tenth Doctor and Torchwood Three. Shortly after his regeneration, the Doctor dropped Rose Tyler off at the 1979 ABBA Wembley Stadium concert which had six sold-out nights. (DW: Attack of the Graske) Later, he used his psychic paper at another concert to convince security that he and Donna were Bjorn and Freida — ostensibly two members of the band itself. (NSA: Dead Air) Ianto Jones was a fan of ABBA's music but really hated the song "Dancing Queen". (TWN: The Twilight Streets) Jack Harkness remembered them winning the Eurovison Song Contest. (BBCR: The Dead Line)
