Orna was the commander of a prison ship. She accused the Fifth Doctor of wanting to help the prisoner escape. She located an escape pod which helped her Tegan Jovanka and Kamelion escape the jettisoned section of her ship. She thought that Tegan had delibrately loosened the knots on the raft they used to get to the Doctor, and then started to attack her.
