The Doctor (The Five O'Clock Shadow)
Ah, no — he used to have a page, actually, but he doesn't anymore. The thing here is that we only award pages to unspecified Doctor if it's clear that they're intended to be new, unnumbered Doctors — but if we don't have any physical description or other reason to think they're not an existing Doctor, then they just go in The Doctor#Undated events.
