Peter Stephens (3 January 1920-17 September 1972[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Cyril, the Kitchen Boy, and the Knave of Hearts in The Celestial Toymaker and Lolem in The Underwater Menace. Of the five episodes Stephens appeared in total, only two are known to exist.
