A lion was homed at a zoo. Due to Cedric Mathews' change drug which had been planted in its feed it was unnaturally friendly. The keeper showed this behaviour to the Third Doctor and the Brigadier when they arrived to investigate. (COMIC: The Arkwood Experiments)
