Streaky Bacon with his blunderbuss (PROSE: The Crooked World)

Streaky Bacon was a cartoon pig created from the mind of a young girl on the Crooked World.

Streaky made a living by growing carrots on his farm. He spent all of his life trying to stop the Whatchamacallit from stealing his carrots by shooting at it with a blunderbuss. One day, Streaky cornered the Whatchamacallit against the edge of a cliff and fired his gun. Moments before the bullet hit its target, the TARDIS materialised and Streaky shot the Eighth Doctor instead.

After the Doctor was carried away in an ambulance, Streaky spent a great deal of time depressed with the knowledge that he had killed someone. (PROSE: The Crooked World)

Behind the scenes

Streaky Bacon is a parody of Elmer Fudd. He is pictured across the back cover, spine, and front cover of The Crooked World.
