Dr Peter Runciman (PROSE: Mawdryn Undead) was a medical doctor who worked at Brendon Public School from at least 1977 to 1983.

In 1983, Runciman took care of Vislor Turlough after he and Ibbotson crashed Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart's vintage car.

Six years earlier, the school's physician had tended to the Brigadier after finding him collapsed on the hill above the school suffering from partial amnesia. (TV: Mawdryn Undead)
