Gerrill was a Muto who lived on Skaro towards the end of the Thousand Year War.
Biography
Gerrill attempted to kill Sarah Jane Smith with a knife, as by Muto law "All Norms must die."
He was initially stopped by Sevrin, but their fight attracted the attention of a two-man Thal patrol. Sevrin warned Gerrill that the patrol was too close and they would see him if he moved. Gerrill took no notice, making a run for it and failing to stop when ordered to by one of the soldiers.
The soldier shot Gerrill dead, and then declared the shooting of a Muto to be "a waste of good ammunition". (TV: Genesis of the Daleks)
