Looking over this, there doesn't seem to be anything linking Time Lord 2 from Colony in Space to Adelphi/The Messanger - is this in the novelisation, or is it in The Legacy of Gallifrey short story? | |||
As is, the only thing claiming this is a regenerated form of the same character is the fact he's credited as 'Time Lord 2' in both Colony and The War Games, which is... tangential at best. | |||

Source on Colony in Space appearance?
Looking over this, there doesn't seem to be anything linking Time Lord 2 from Colony in Space to Adelphi/The Messanger - is this in the novelisation, or is it in The Legacy of Gallifrey short story? As is, the only thing claiming this is a regenerated form of the same character is the fact he's credited as 'Time Lord 2' in both Colony and The War Games, which is... tangential at best.
