Ramsden was a doctor working at Leadworth Hospital in 2008, she was the Doctor in charge of the Coma Ward. One of the nurse's, Rory Williams told Ramsden that the coma patients were talking, Ramsden did not believe this since the patient's were in a coma. At that point, the coma patients started talking, repeating the word "Doctor".
