Shallo was a Sontaran Commander during the Sontaran invasion of Earth, as part of their plot to use the Flux to become the dominant species in the universe. Whilst stationed on Earth, Shallo developed a taste for Earth chocolate, over time becoming an obsession, to the point he dismissed his soldiers, to engage in looting a corner shop and gorging himself on the confectionary. He was caught by the Thirteenth Doctor, Yaz and Dan (TV: The Vanquishers)
