Sarah was the owner at ELF Storage in Manchester. She encountered the Thirteenth Doctor, Yasmin Khan and Dan Lewis after she and Nick were stuck in a time loop with several Daleks on New Year's Eve 2021. (TV: Eve of the Daleks)

Personality
Sarah was an impatient individual and easily frustrated in tough situations. She wasn't afraid to speak her mind. She always complained when her mother constantly told her that the phone lines would be down at midnight on New Year's Day. (TV: Eve of the Daleks)
