Samuel Barnett (born 25 April 1980[1]) voiced several characters for the Big Finish Doctor Who audio stories and spin-offs. Most notably, he voiced Norton Folgate, a Torchwood One member from the 1950s.

Barnett was part of the original Royal National Theatre cast and film adaptation of the play The History Boys, which also featured Sacha Dhawan, James Corden, Russell Tovey, Jamie Parker, and Samuel Anderson in main roles. Barnett also portrayed the character Dirk Gently in the BBC America/Netflix series Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency, based on former Doctor Who writer Douglas Adams' novel series, which was based in part upon Shada.
