Tom Allen (born 14 June 1983[1]) is a British actor, writer, and comedian. He has voiced characters in several Big Finish audios, including the First Doctor's companion Oliver Harper.

Allen's memoir No Shame was released on 12 November 2020. He is a regular on the comedy panel show Mock the Week.

As a stand-up comedian, many of his jokes are LGBT-themed and his experiences as a gay man. His role as Oliver Harper represented a point in the 1960s where homosexuality in the UK was still illegal at the time.
