==Biography==
Kira (or Sima as is her real name) is a Time Lord/Lady who survived the Time War. She is an ORIGINAL CHARACTER so please do not steal her profile or story. She sometimes goes by other alias’s: The Diamond Child, Daughter of Gallifrey, Sarah, Jane Doe/Smith, Simmy, Emilie Cooper, Panda Bear, Karen, the Doctor (by the Daleks), Rachel, and other names. She sometimes gets these names as mistaken for someone else or when she’s undercover or when she's hiding.
The people of Gallifrey were known to many of the species that were high enough to even hear of their myths. The surface of it's planet was covered with fields of deep red grass and most trees covered with silver leaves. The orange sky held two suns and two moons. But located on the continent of Wild Endeavour, amongst the mountains of Solice and Solitude was the Citadel of the Time Lords. The home of the mightiest species in History.

Kira was born on Gallifrey, along with her two siblings: brother Sed and a sister, Sophia. Sed was her twin brother. She had a father who she barely knew and a mother. They are all deceased as far as she knows. She looks 27 years old, but is really 877 years old; born during the Rassilon Era. She has blonde hair, and athletic, slim build, with clear gray eyes, that will sometimes change shades of grey based on what her mood is.
Sisandramanaloxideltalotama, or simply Sima was born into a strict code of duty and conduct and law on the planet Gallifrey. She was taken at the age of eight years old to the heart of the Capital to stare into the Untampered Schism, a gap in the fabric of reality that saw into the Time Vortex, along with many other known Time Lords: the Doctor and the Master amongst many. She saw the whole of time from start to finish. Other students were sent mad, other's inspired, and other's ran away frightened. Sima ran away frightened by the power it held, but she was also inspired and given a gift of seeing through time.

She travels with a Time-Space Teleport that fits around her wrist. She carries a tube of Nanogenes with her, which she discovered in the past and reprogrammed them, as well as psychic paper, which she obtained from UNIT. She also carries a small tool kit because she doesn’t have a sonic device and a medical scanner. Her brain, like all Time Lords, is her most powerful tool.
It hurt, that day she ran to from the Citadel out into the gardens. Only thing was being a child, she never knew where she was going. She'd hid inside a small replica of a Earth forest by a stream until one of the teachers found her after three and a half days. Her professors and teachers wanted to expel her, but the professor that had found her saw the potential she possessed. He fought to keep her in the Academy.

===Pre-Time War===
Not long after her eigth birthday she was given a special nickname by the Academy. All Time Lords were given a special name, which was composed of two to three names that were similar, in face identical to the Greek Alphabet on Earth. The closer to Alpha the students were, the stronger and more abilities the Time Lord processes. She was given the name Iota Xi.
Kira went to school at the Academy with her twin brother Sed and her sister, Sophia. She attended alongside the Doctor, and the Master, though she never knew the Doctor then, but the Master, bullied her.

She was given the name of Iota Xi (Pronounced eye-o-ta zie) the day she looked into the Time Vortex at her initiation to the Academy. The day she looked she didn't run, nor did she go mad. She was frighten so much by the power of the vortex that she couldn't move. One of her teachers often stated later in her lives that it inspired he with amazing abilities and strengths as an engineer of time itself.
While attending the Academy as a student. She was one of the students who excelled in her courses and was eager to her elders. She was a student that helped to tutor others. She'd been known to tutor the Doctor and her sister, and attempt to tutor the Master and her brother amongst many other students.

She graduated with triple honours and moved on to train as an Interstellar Doctor, because she longed to help people, despite the knowledge that her teachers provided to her that her true abilities lie in the Field of Time. She was good at her work, but it wasn’t her favourite thing to do as she later found out, for she often fell sick and it wasn’t what she was best at. She didn’t work out in the open, i.e. birthing and surgeries. She did, however, work in diagnostics and working for cures.
Although she was considered brilliant by her fellow peers as her years at the Academy progressed, so did her gift. She began seeing things, seeing the future. No one believed her. They started to believe her to be as insane as the Master. They'd heard rumours of someone working for the High Council called the Visionary. Knowing that the woman could see across time like Sima, she gained the nickname, The Visionary.

When she was about 450, she gave up the medical career and was persuaded to pursue a career as a Temporal Engineer, fixing and preventing paradoxes, in the Citadel. She was incredibly gifted in this field and loved it. She was also known by the Lord President as an adviser for her gift of sometimes seeing across time and space, which was given to her by the vortex itself.
She graduated the Academy as with some of the highest honours in her classes. She moved into the field of Intergalactic Medicine and Doctory and often travelling to different planets in a Hospital Caravan to aid the lesser species. She excelled in her field, although she quickly grew weary after her first two hundred years. She had a child by a biological accident. The Child's hearts gave out at birth leaving Sima heart broken and believing she never could have children.

By the age of five hundred and fifty, after her first regeneration she resigned as a Doctor. One of her professors, the same one that found her as a child, persuaded her to head into the field of Temporal Engineering and Paradox Prevention, where she worked in the Citadel in the High Council Tower.

She remained on Gallifrey until the Time War. Throughout all her lives she longed to excape the hold Gallifrey held over her.

===During and Post-Time War===
===During and Post-Time War===
Kira during the first years of the Time War, fought alongside her family: mother, father, her brother Sed and sister Sophia. Sophia mysteriously disappeared at the start of the War, and their mother followed soon after. Kira thought that her sister was the first to die for her sister often was the first to check out danger (her sister was one of the Peace Workers at the Citadel), and because her sister and mother were so closely bonded that her mother couldn’t cope and died soon after. Her father, was trapped onboard a Dalek mother ship as a prisoner as it was struck down at the Fall of Arcadia. Kira’s brother was the next to be lost.
The Last Great Time War was one of the darkest times in the history of the Universe, perhaps it was the darkest time. The Time War originally started between the Daleks and the Time Lords on Gallifrey, but spread out across the Universe to dozens of species taking both sides and fighting against each other for Victory. Only what happened, were so many species fighting, so many determined to win, the War quickly turned to a living Hell and every Time Lord was called upon to help. Only some never came and were assumed lost. During her the process of her second regeneration Sima's sister and mother were only two of the many people lost.

Kira met the Doctor again, when she lost her brother Sed on the planet Polymos, the home planet of the Nestene Consciousness. The planet was burning and he, literally, fell behind. Kira wanted to save him because he was the last member of her family, but the Doctor pulled her back. He heard about her talents and knew that the High Council needed her gifts. From then on, she fought alongside the Doctor, until she was called home.
Hurt by the lost of her mother and sister, Sima kept fighting along side her father and brother throughout the first years of the War. Her father was the next do die. During the Fall of Arcadia where the planet was burnt in order to stop the Daleks talking control and getting an advance over the Time Lords. He and his daughter were both Captured on board the Dalek mother ship. Sima was forced to watch as he was tortured to death. She was saved by her brother and together they escaped just as that Dalek ship burned to destroy Arcadia.

As the Time War proceeded, and more deaths came, little did she know that she was made, by the Lord President, the next Visionary if the first was to be lost. She never knew, but the Doctor did. Her nickname while at school had been the Visionary. Very little did she know that she would be considered lost to the Time Lords.
She witnessed the Master's self exile from the war with the threat that if she'd try to stop him, he'd kill her. Knowing him and his reputation, she had no choice but to let him go.

She was later recalled to Gallifrey, during the climax of the War, and they were separated. She never had the chance to say good-bye and later regretted to do so. As she returned home, her TARDIS was struck by a Dalek Battle Cruiser and destroyed. The last thing the Machine did was make her human. But there was nothing to store her memories or biology in. The end result caused her to be reborn on planet Earth in the year 1983 to a Human family, losing her memories and her physiology. She later started to regain them in her teens due to the human 'hormones' of growing up. Her memories were stored in her subconscious and her biology embedded in her DNA waiting for the right trigger to be woken up.
With everyone else gone, Sima fought along side her brother. He was the last to die. They were on the planet Polymos, the home planet of the Nestene Consciousness, it's main protein planet as well as it's birth planet. Polymos, died due to the Daleks. The Daleks learned that the Doctor was there and wanted him dead. Sima and her brother met the Doctor in his eighth form. They joined him as he fought. Sed got caught in a cross fire and burnt in a creator, screaming.

While growing up with the children of planet Earth, she was often bullied and ignored. Human children as theorized have a stronger psychic ability than older adults, but even then she was often questioned about her many talents and her knowledge. Some people would often bewildered by her sense of knowing and her psychic ability. Other's would be attracted to her by her mysterious aurora, other's, more of the time, would be repelled, therefore Kira often ended up working on her own and being alone. She preferred it this way, most of the time.
Sima watched as her brother burnt with the Doctor holding her back from fighting. Sima wanted to die, but he persuaded her to keep fighting. She had a duty to the Time Lords and unaware to her to the High Council. She couldn't let herself die. Truth was, she was frightened of death. The Doctor held her back as she fought against him to get to her brother.

She met the Doctor in her early teens in a fight with one of the last Slitheen. She was hit in the head therefore forced forget the experience due to a case of amnesia, only until she met the Doctor again at the age of 26. She has been known to have worked for Torchwood, twice. Once before, she started her own Alien Investigation Agency and after, when it was destroyed by the Doctor in an attempt to stop the Master from killing Kira and himself. The Doctor left her with Torchwood saying that she would be too unstable travelling with him and therefore left behind with the Captain Jack Harkness and had no choice, but to join the team for the second time.
Sima fought a long side the Doctor for the remainder of her time as a soldier in the War. Then came the time when she was recalled back to the Citadel on Gallifrey. She wore a bracelet with a white point star diamond in the center. It was a recall device that when summoned would bring a TARDIS to her that would take her to straight back to Gallifrey. She left the Doctor without saying good bye because there was no time.

After a year, she was sent through the Rift by a race from the planet Terra-Delta (an older Earth-like planet at just one of the many ends of the Rift). She lands on Satellite 5 and meets a younger just-abandoned version of Captain Jack. She travels back in time with him to December, 1869 (her wristband did not have time-travel abilities then). Later after fixing it, she regretful, promised to visit Jack every 20 years, but this does not happen to the unreliability of the Rift and 'scrapped' parts of her wristband.
She entered her TARDIS without a look back at the Doctor. He'd become the best friend she'd never had. He'd made her strong after losing everything. As the TARDIS dematerialized, Sima didn't know that she'd 'die' soon.

She leaves seeing the Doctor in his Ninth incarnation and Rose running from the Sneed House as it explodes into a ball of flame. She ends up bumping into Torchwood in 1909, spooking Martha Jones in 1969, and being Deleted by Cybermen in 2006. While unable to regenerate, The Doctor used nanogene particles to save her. The Doctor, after reviving her, agreed to let her join him in his travels aboard the TARDIS, though he did not completely trust her for she had no recollection of who she was, which meant she could have been ANY Time Lord, good or bad.
The flight was a normal flight although longer, because with the Time Lock in place there were many precautions to prevent anyone from escaping. But as she entered Gallifreyian air space her TARDIS was struck and torn open, by an experimental Dalek weapon by the Time Lords, that was designed to split the shell of a Dalek protective shielding right open. She'd been mistaken for a Dalek spy ship.

Her TARDIS’s perception properties protected her from being seen in any prophecies by the Time Lords as a survivor.
Her TARDIS's heart was torn open and she saw within it. She last thoughts were that she wanted to begin her life again, be human for a while, until War was over. And her wish was granted and she was sent away from the War to the past...to live her life again...

===Family===
===A New Life===
Her family on Gallifrey is rather small, with the only known members being her Mother, Father, her twin brother Sed. No one knows who is older whether it is Sima, herself or Sed, but both often liked to quarrel about who is older. Though said claimed to be the older one during their years at the Academy, while on the contrary, Kira was the one who acted older. Kira also had a younger sister, Sophia. Sophia was very like her sister, but she had some traits of her brother. She was close to both her siblings and misses them dearly. Her sister did well at the Academy, but her brother did not, so she often helped him with his work.
Kira Smith was born the 7th of August 1982, completely human. A year later a sister was born, her name was Amelia. She moved to the United States a year later when her mother had a nervous break down. She attended school just like every other human child. She received very good grades in school and often excelled in her studies. That often lead to her peers being jealous of her and often picking on her.

While spending her time Human on Earth she lived and was raised by a family. She had a mother, father, and a sister. They found her when she was a toddler and took care of her, but they had their hearts broken after learning that Kira wasn't human, like them when Kira grew older. Although, despite she breaking their hearts, they still looked to her as a daughter and treated her like one.
She often confused her peers, teachers, her sister, and her parents. She'd say things that never made sense, she even could predict the future. She was often sick as a child and teenager growing up. Her parents were forced to move back to England.

She also has a daughter that is also a Time Lady like herself caused by Parthenogenesis, self pregnancy due to the fact her body was changing, reverting from human to Time Lady. Kira named the child Elizabeth. Elizabeth looks like her but not completely like her. They might have the same DNA, but don’t look alike. That is because Kira was raised in a different environment than Elizabeth so they’re bodies have experienced and been exposed to different things. Also the difference in appearance is due to the fact that all previous regenerations DNA is stored when a Time Lord regenerates, so therefore Elizabeth carries traits from Kira's past selves.
She was born with green eyes and red hair, like her mother, but as she got older she changed. Her eyes became grayer and her hair lighter. She became more athletic and less looking like her family. She became less like a human, more lonely, every single day. She later found out why she'd changed.

She had nightmares every night. Dreams of planets, both beautiful and dangerous. She dreampt of people who could change their faces and travel in space and time. She'd wake up crying and very scared quite often.

She graduated school with honours, moved onto and took A Levels then attended on to college. She attended until she was twenty-five years old. She studied Physics, but dropped the class, she was bored with it. She tried various subjects, but she dropped out of them all. She was bored and everything seemed to easy for her.

Although she says twenty-five it really was twenty-six, because of a year-long Hiatus that changed her life forever.

===Kira and the Master===
===Kira and the Master===
Kira was the last person to see the Master before he’d become human, she’d tried to stop him, but she was considered one of his enemies, because of something that happened during their childhood with one another. Although the Master and her brother were friends, Sima and Koschei we not. He threatened to kill her if she’d follow him. She watched him go; knowing that one of the “Most Corrupt beings the Time Lords had ever produced” had escaped. She never told anyone for fear that he'd kill her if she were to survive the War, not even the Doctor or the High Council. After the Time War, Kira having forgotten her memory temporarily, never knew he’d survived, until the day she saw him as Prime Minister. Not knowing who he was, she was instantly afraid of him and didn’t fall under the Archangel Network’s spell. She never understood why she was afraid, but most human's found her mad, because of the Archangel Network being in place.
The campaign of Harold Saxon started and it made Kira change. For the first time in her life she'd had the strangest feeling like she knew the possible Prime Minister and for another first, she found herself scared of him. Every time she heard the mention of the name Harold Saxon, even seeing his pictures, reading his name, thinking about him...chilled her deep down into her bones.
The day she found out the election results. Her hearts, she knew she had hearts by now but hadn't told anyone, had stopped. For an unknown reason she'd felt like the world ended when he was elected. Little did she know of the events to come.

Several days later at eight in the morning, Kira was rushing to meet her friends about the Prime Minister's speech; the unveiling of the Toclafane. She didn't want to miss it. Something excited her about the idea of someone in a Political position supporting the fact that aliens existed, although she was afraid of the man who was supporting it.

That day the world died to her as the Toclafane descended she was knocked out and dragged by a man to safety. When is was clear she went on her own walking. She walked for eight months, never staying in one place for too long, to hide from the Master.

One day the Toclafane found her. Her having two hearts destroyed their hopes of killing her, for having two hearts meant that she was an extraterrestrial and they had been ordered to report two hearted extraterrestrials to the Master. Unlike the Doctor the Master didn't believe that they were the only Time Lords.

Kira was taken to the Master. He always called her Iota. He recognized her the moment he saw her and was confused by the fact she didn't know him. So, the Master kept Kira hidden away from the Doctor by locking her in the most secure cell at the heart of the Valiant. The cell cut off all outside influences and disallowed any reaching out. He wanted to prove to the Doctor that he was wrong about the Master and him being the last Time Lords, but he couldn't do that without Kira remembering. But he quickly set to work on forcing her to remember. He forced her to remember to the point he was torturing her, to the points where she almost died from her mind burning and the pain she was put through.

The day he was shot by his wife. The gunshot could be heard throughout the whole Valiant. Kira lonely, tired, weak, hungry, and thirsty stayed in the cell for a whole day before adventuring out. She managed to break past the UNIT security on board to go home. There she never spoke about the experience to anyone, not even to her family.

There were only three people she told her experiences too. Only four ever knew she was there.

===With the Doctor===
Kira originally met the Doctor at fifteen years old when a rogue Slitheen appeared where Kira had lived. It's not known why the Slitheen was there nor the Doctor, but the Doctor meets Kira for the first time and together the stop the Slitheen. Kira while helping gets hit in the head and loses her memory of the event, until the next time she meets the Doctor.

The second time Kira meets the Doctor is after she met the Master and joined Torchwood. Kira left Torchwood and started her own investigation institution. A blog like creature fell to Earth and the Doctor followed it detecting it as dangerous. It lead him to Kira, but it was drawn to Kira, because her DNA was rewriting itself back into a Time Lord was sending of an energy signature, one that the Doctor was not aware of. He soon learned as he recognized the woman. After fighting the blob which stole the body of Kira's assistant, the Doctor and Kira learn that the blob is what remains of the Master from the Time War, seeking a permanent body. He sees Kira as the perfect host. They defeat the Master by blowing up Kira's institution building trapping him inside. Or so they thought, Kira could hear his laugh inside her head as the Doctor invited her to travel with him.

The Doctor takes Kira far into the future to a planet far away. They land on a planet, in which technology is disabled by an electromagnetic magnetic force field that paralyzes the TARDIS and the Sonic Screwdriver. Kira feels like she's the blame for the TARDIS immobilization, because the Doctor had let her attempt to fly the TARDIS with his help and she didn't know where she was going. They soon learn that the residents aren’t living lives as beautiful as the landscape outside. That the residents are being ruled by a corrupted tyrant that wants more than to rule the complete planet. He plans to use a mind control device to convert his people into his own army to complete his goal. The Doctor and Kira beat him by trapping the King inside his very own mind control device.

Kira and the Doctor head back to Earth, 1982; the year Kira was born. They land in Hailsham and learn that there is a community dance, but they soon find trouble. They discover the Daleks along with Davros are behind a plot to convert the community into a new race of Daleks. Kira soon is faced with her past as she remembers that the Daleks are part of the reason Gallifrey is gone. That they tortured her father and made her witness it and killed her brother. She wants to get revenge against the Daleks, but the Doctor tries to hold her back. They both destroy the Daleks, by reversing the effect of the conversion matrix for humans and extrapolate it by ten times to blow the Daleks minds, with the help of a young man. Davros escapes, leaving a single Dalek behind. The Dalek learns of the bond between Kira and one of the pregnant woman, her mother, and tried to kill the mother carrying the Human-to-be-Time-Lord. The young man knows the baby is Kira and sacrifices himself to save her and history. Kira is left slightly heart broken for she liked the man.

The TARDIS suddenly detects a time disturbance and at the same moment Kira receives a call from her worried mother that her sister and Kira's daughter (which the Doctor soon learns about) has gone missing. But they aren't the only ones Humans are going missing across time and of all ages. Talking with a man in the street, Kira witnesses him being taken and using her wristband to capture a trace, her and the Doctor follow it in the TARDIS to a planet in the Andromeda Galaxy, where without protection the surface is deadly to humans. The Humans are being used as slaves to dig up the core. There's an ancient power that was locked away down there in the dark times. The Doctor and Kira sneak into the control center where Elizabeth, with her two hearts, is held with Kira's sister Amelia. The Doctor manages to return the people taken to their rightful places in time and space with Kira and her sister being a distraction. Only the Doctor accidentally releases the creature within. The Doctor and Kira find a secondary magnetic field and manage to trap the creature within by canceling the second magnetic field the Magnetic pull of the planet, like a magnet. Only to the Doctor's dismay the alien creatures were pulled in accidentally. Kira and the Doctor return to Earth in the TARDIS and with Elizabeth present, Kira explains about Elizabeth being her daughter and how she is her daughter. Kira's family learns that Kira isn't really their daughter nor sister.

Then the day of the election took place and he won, sensing danger, she immediately went into hiding. She stayed into hiding for ten months, always moving. Then one day, someone had tipped her off and the Toclafane found her. They were going to kill her, but when the Master found out her being an alien, he normally would have had her killed, but when she became noticed he could hear a song, a Gallifreyian song. He had her teleported to a cell onboard the Valliant. The Master recognized her immediately, being the fact that she hadn’t regenerated since the War, just regrown from a child.
Kira's sister Amelia decides to take a trip with the Doctor and Kira. She wants to know how the Doctor made Kira so happy and she wanted a share in it too. The Doctor takes them to the planet of Travo, a planet locked away in an ice age, in the Krate system. The residents are highly spiritual and environmental. Though, they soon learn that the residents have to shelter from the cold and the things outside. Amelia is kidnapped and has her mind read. The creatures learn of the Doctor and Kira and plan to steal the TARDIS along with the Doctor and Kira's regenerative abilities to their own benefit. A projection of Amelia leads them into a trap and Kira and the Doctor are caught within it. Amelia was lead to believe the Kira and the Doctor would be safe and honoured, but once she learns of the truth about what's happening to them, she turns against Trafst and kills their leader. The soldiers without a leader look to the Doctor and Kira, by legends, Time Lords were the highest authority. The Doctor even more. He tells them to live peaceful lives, to stop stealing resources and help share them with the local people. Heather weary of seeing her sister nearly die, asks to return home.

The Master kept her hidden from the Doctor and him from her, because he knew, that they’d been friends and was close in the past. He considered that one of the greatest torture to his two of his enemies. The Doctor never knew she was alive and neither did she. The Master thought the Doctor too arrogant of being the Last Time Lord to hear the third song. No one but the Master and the Toclafane knew that Kira had survived the Time War. He tried to force her to remember, which caused her mind to nearly burn by the end of the day.
Kira and the Doctor leave again, this time for Mars 2099 as a surprise for Kira after he learns that one of Kira's fascinations as a human child was Mars and building colonies there. He takes her to the Fourth Human Colony in the northern Martian Hemisphere. Only the Doctor is left in awe as the colony that was once booming had been evacuated due to an asteroid crash just outside Colony Dome 7. The Doctor and Kira bored the ship with two scientists. They learn that the creatures were called the Ghast and were creatures that survived the Time War. Only they know the Doctor had destroyed their planet and in turn their psychical forms. They seek revenge on the Doctor by harvesting the Human race. Only their plans had gone wrong and they landed on Mars not Earth. The Doctor is taken as their first victim. Kira is forced to watch the Doctor tortured. Out of pain from the memories of her true father being tortured she sets the Ghast's ship to self destruct and in turn set the Doctor free.

Kira saw him die from a TV screen in the cell she was locked in. She learned then that the Doctor had survived and that was the only thing she wanted to remember of the experience. She never remembered the experience until she met the Doctor and the remains of the Master simultaneously. The Master knowing of her, tried to kill her again then, but on an failed attempt escaped.
Coming soon...

Kira (or Sima) is a Time Lady who survived the Time War. She was born on Earth to a human family as a human, but 'grew' back into a Time Lady in the later years of her life. SHE IS NOT A CHARACTER FROM THE TV SHOW. SHE IS ORIGINAL.

She witnessed the Master's self exile from the war with the threat that if she'd try to stop him, he'd kill her. Knowing him and his reputation, she had no choice but to let him go.

She entered her TARDIS without a look back at the Doctor. He'd become the best friend she'd never had. He'd made her strong after losing everything. As the TARDIS dematerialized, Sima didn't know that she'd 'die' soon.

Her TARDIS's heart was torn open and she saw within it. She last thoughts were that she wanted to begin her life again, be human for a while, until War was over. And her wish was granted and she was sent away from the War to the past...to live her life again...

A New Life

Kira Smith was born the 7th of August 1982, completely human. A year later a sister was born, her name was Amelia. She moved to the United States a year later when her mother had a nervous break down. She attended school just like every other human child. She received very good grades in school and often excelled in her studies. That often lead to her peers being jealous of her and often picking on her.

She often confused her peers, teachers, her sister, and her parents. She'd say things that never made sense, she even could predict the future. She was often sick as a child and teenager growing up. Her parents were forced to move back to England.

Kira and the Master
