The Bubble Shock! factory was located in London. There, the Bane created the popular drink Bubble Shock! It was also where Luke Smith was grown, again by the Bane. The factory was destroyed in 2008 in an explosion, following the death of the Bane Mother inside. (TV: Invasion of the Bane)
