Drak and Noma were the Jacondan assistants to Azmael when he abducted Romulus and Remus Sylvest and brought them to Jaconda in 2310. Mestor used him to eavesdrop on the Sixth Doctor and Azmael's conversation, which burned out his brain and killed him. (TV: The Twin Dilemma)
