The Twelfth Cyber Legion was a Cyberman fleet that monitored their local galactic quadrant. It was positioned twenty thousand light years away from Demon's Run. Rory Williams went to the head Cyber-ship to learn the location of Demon's Run from the Cybermen. All the ships, except the one Rory was on, were destroyed by the Eleventh Doctor, just to make a point to the Church's Anglican Regiment before he invaded the asteroid station to save Amy and Melody Pond. Despite not having emotions, they understood the Doctor enough to give into his demands, further seeing that they were not in a logical position to refuse when he destroyed the entire fleet.
