Philip Latham (born 17 January 1929[1]-20 June 2020[2]) played Borusa in the Doctor Who television story The Five Doctors.
Career
Latham's best known role was probably Willy Izard in business drama The Troubleshooters, but he also played Plantagenet in costume drama The Pallisers and Arthur Bourne in The Cedar Tree.
