Mia (COMIC: Empire of the Wolf) was the child of Rose Tyler and the Meta-crisis Doctor. By one account of Rose Tyler's pregnancy, she was born in 2012. (PROSE: The Turning of the Tide)

As a teenager, she told her mother she was going out to meet her friends, Callisto and Ami, right before Rose vanished into her native universe. Mia returned three hours later, expressing disgust at seeing her parents kissing. (COMIC: Empire of the Wolf)

Behind the scenes

  • Mia from Empire of the Wolf is not explicitly the same child as the one Rose gave birth to in The Turning of the Tide. In the former story, the Meta-crisis Doctor settled on the name "John Smith" while in the latter story he chose the name "Corin".
    • It is not explicitly stated if Mia's surname is "Smith" after her father or "Tyler" after her mother.
