Hi several users have cited policies on this wiki that you are still not following. I suggest you read through, understand, and familiarize yourself with every policy cited on your talk page, because if you continue to violate these policies, even after other users have reverted your edits and admins have cautioned you, then the only assumption left would be that you want to vandalize this wiki. And I don't think that's the case, but if you want to participate here, you must learn and follow the rules. They aren't made up just for the fun of it, they are there to make this wiki better and to make editing easier and more consistent. == Crooks ==
Hi, I've seen your messages on a few people's talk pages about the crook/criminal debate, and maybe I can help clear things up.
* Thief: a person who steals things. Often this involves burglary, but not always.
* Burglar: a person who breaks into a building to commit a crime. Often this crime is stealing (making the person a thief), but not always.
* Crook: derogatory slang for a criminal of any type. Not all crooks are thieves, and not all thieves are crooks.
Hopefully that helps.
It doesn't seem like any of your edits have been based on stories; they're mostly about definitions. Speaking as a mere fellow editor, a good idea might be to read, watch, or listen to a story we cover on this wiki, then add information from that story to relevant pages. Stick to what's in the story, rather than adding your own definitions. I think if you do that, people will stop reverting your edits. – [[User:NateBumber|n8]] ([[User talk:NateBumber|☎]]) 02:17, 15 September 2022 (UTC)

Some basic editing guidelines

Hi, please do not add categories to pages until you've edited here for a while. We use a nested category system, and you've been adding categories to pages that technically already have those categories under the nested system. For now please just observe how we do categories here. Also, we use British English on this wiki, including grammar, except in very rare cases. Thanks Shambala108 02:54, 8 May 2022 (UTC)

Hi please note that it is against policy to make unuseful edits for the purpose of getting Game of Rassilon points. The categories you added at McDonald's clearly are incorrect and continued violation of policy could result in a block. See Tardis:Game of Rassilon rules. Shambala108 03:33, 19 May 2022 (UTC)

As an admin I am telling you to stop adding categories to pages. Please find some other way to contribute to this wiki until you understand our category rules (which you don't understand at present). Shambala108 00:50, 21 May 2022 (UTC)

Last warning: do not add categories to pages. The ones you are adding are incorrect and have the appearance of only being added to earn Game of Rassilon points. Please carefully read Tardis:Game of Rassilon rules. Shambala108 01:57, 23 May 2022 (UTC)

Since you ignored my warning and continued to add categories to pages incorrectly, you have been blocked for a week. It's not fair for other users to have to clean up after you since you won't bother to learn our category rules. Shambala108 03:51, 7 June 2022 (UTC)

You are again blocked for a week for ignoring my instructions to not add categories to pages. You still don't understand our category system, and you're just creating extra work for the rest of us. You mentioned on my talk page that you weren't sure about an edit you made; if you're not sure ask an admin before performing the edit. Shambala108 03:58, 23 June 2022 (UTC)

I've tried to be nice by only blocking you for a week each time you've ignored my instructions to not put categories on pages. Since you have again ignored these instructions, and incidentally not bothered to learn how our category system works, you are now blocked for a month. Shambala108 02:35, 3 July 2022 (UTC)

User talk pages

Hi if you have a question about the wiki, especially if you see something you think doesn't belong here, please do not just ask a random user on their talk page. That's why we have admins. Ask an admin on their talk page instead. You can find the list of admins at Tardis:Administrators thanks Shambala108 23:41, 16 August 2022 (UTC)

Categories

Hi you need to stop editing category descriptions or adding categories to pages. You still haven't learned our category system; in general the categories you add to pages are unnecessary. In addition, your descriptions of categories use too much real world knowledge and are therefore too narrow or too broad for what we want. Please find another way to edit here until you have more experience editing in different ways. I suggest you use the "random page" function to view pages to see how we do things here and visit Tardis:Categorisation and Tardis:Don't over-categorise. Any further adding of categories or editing of category descriptions could result in a very long block because you have been blocked several times for ignoring admin instructions. Thanks for your attention Shambala108 05:31, 23 August 2022 (UTC)

Re:Crook

Since you keep asking people, I figured I'd let you know. It is the official policy of this wiki that unless something is stated in a Doctor Who Universe source it's not to be included in an in universe page. See T:NO RW. (Also, please put four "~"s at the end of comments on talk pages as it gives a signature. See T:SIG WHEN.) Najawin 07:13, 3 September 2022 (UTC)

I literally explained to you right here why you can't just call them crooks on pages unless you have a specific source saying so. I also noted that you need to use four "~"s to sign your comments. If you had read the comments on this page, like Shambala suggested, you would have the answer to your question. Najawin 02:14, 15 September 2022 (UTC)

Edits to Time Travel

Hey, please read T:POV, we write in-universe articles in past-tense, and the term you changed was cited from a specific novel, per T:NO RW we don't just add things unless there's an in universe source like that novel. Najawin 07:13, 4 September 2022 (UTC)
