City Twelve was the twelfth human city built on the planet Gehanna. Perinne was its chief medical officer. When the Twelfth Doctor arrived in City Twelve he found it under quarantine, in response to a "plague" of Weeping Angels which was sweeping the planet. (PROSE: Grey Matter)
