Scarlet

Members of the Prydonian Chapter were distinguished from the other Chapters by their scarlet and orange robes. (TV: The Deadly Assassin) Morbius, though a member of the Patrex Chapter, (PROSE: The Legacy of Gallifrey) wore a scarlet sash in his first incarnation as part of his outfit as "the General", replacing the golden Sash of Rassilon which had been taken from him upon his exile from Gallifrey.
