Lady Veedapatresia (Veeda for short) was a Time Lord Academy graduate and was conscripted to fight in the Last Great Time War. She was part of the Eighth Doctor's training group, and thought that he would be trouble. She was punished for the Doctor's mistake in the class. She joined in reluctantly with the food fight.
