Byulna was the home planet of the Byulnians, a race of time-travellers with psychic abilities. The inhabitants were not, in fact, permitted to leave the planet, despite all their technology.

The three Byulnians — Myamus, Jecomen and Kappaban — kidnapped by Lenny Kruger came from the Court of Caldee, the Convents of Health and the Wheel of Contract respectively. (AUDIO: 1963: Fanfare for the Common Men)
