Thomas Preston was the British consul in Russia after the Russian Civil War. He knew where the TARDIS had been taken. He told Barbara Wright and Susan Foreman about the situation. He wanted them to infiltrate the house under the guide of nuns. He was shot by Makerenkov. (AUDIO: Last of the Romanovs)
