Cardinal Archmage Linfess was a leader of the Eorgem military. She came to Earth to commission Stuart Dale to build her a warship in a Merseyside shipyard so that the Eorgem could conquer Earth so that they could start rebuilding their empire so that they could oppress other civilisations who develop in a way they find offensive.
