I'm terribly sorry to be tedious, but is there a particular reason why this page is called FI's teas with that specific capitalisation? From what I could see the sign on the kiosk is in all caps, so doesn't provide compelling evidence for any styling in particular, and I should think the most logical reading of the place's name would be Fi's Teas, where "Fi" is short for Fiona or some similar name and the name would thus rhyme.
