I note that this interpretation of Tomorrow Windows is a standard one but, I think, incorrect, given Morris's own comments on the subject. (Which I was bringing up in [[Tardis:Temporary forums/Archive/An update to T:VS]] at the exact same time as he was making these edits.) I wouldn't consider that earlier placement to be indicative of current policy.
