Surely the Four Renegades deserve a section as collectively they are the Last of the Time Lords in the Post War Universe. May I also suggest Miranda as well having a mention as after the Emperors death she was literally the last of the Time Lords. And by that I mean all other time lords where dead and even though she met the Eighth Doctor Several times she spent a lot of time on the Needle with the Klade no other Time Lords where alive from the Doctor’s perspective at any rate. And buy this I mean the Doctor know he will die and will be remembered by their Daughter Miranda who is the last of the Time Lords. The Four Renegades and Miranda
