Interplanetary Space Command was an organisation which existed in the 29th century which operated at least two space station beacons Nerva Beacon and Ganymede Beacon. Both orbited the planet Jupiter. The ISC's job it was to direct space traffic traveling from Earth to Pluto. Their chain of command ended with a higher authority/headquarters known as Earth Centre.

An invasion force of Cybermen attacked Nerva Beacon sometime after the Cyber-Wars. (DW: Revenge of the Cybermen)

Weapons

ISC officers had access to bullet-based ballistic sub-machine guns. The exact capabilities of these weapons are unclear, although they are not powerful enough to penetrate Cyberman armour. (DW: Revenge of the Cybermen)

Uniforms

ISC personnel wore brown shirts, trousers, boots, tie and a jacket. The ISC insignia is displayed on the right breast. A tab displaying the officer's rank stripes is pinned to the left breast.

  • Commander - 3 gold stripes on breast tab, 1 looping gold stripe on epaulettes, 1 gold aigulette.
  • Unknown - 2 gold stripes on breast tab, plain epaulettes. (DW: Revenge of the Cybermen)
It seems a safe assumption to conjecture a link between the Interplanetary Space Command and the International Space Command of the 20th and 21st centuries.
