- You may be looking for his fellow crewmember, Zena.
Senior Ensign "Baz" Seaton was stationed on board the prison station which held Davros. (PROSE: Resurrection of the Daleks)
Biography
When the Daleks invaded the station, the crewmember and Osborn went to try and kill Davros, but the Daleks had pumped poisonous gas into the station. Unknown to him, the gas began to disfigure his face and hands, making them look as if they had been burned and producing an odious smell.
The crewmember saw his "burned" hands and turned to face Osborn. When he began to move towards her, she was shocked by his appearance and opened fire, killing him. (TV: Resurrection of the Daleks)
