Briak Thanjess was the brother of Ronnu Thanjess who together ran a used spaceship business. When Ronnu stole the Doctor's parked TARDIS and sold it to the dangerous criminal Ludo Farltrati he was beaten up because it didn't work. (DWAM: One Careful Owner)
