Beatrice Burden was a human woman who lived in Ealing in 1884.

She lived in a Victorian house that swapped places with the O'Briens' house from 2009. Beatrice and her husband Charles Burden had a son called Jack who died of scarlet fever. When their daughter May fell through the crack in time to 2009, Beatrice was worried. However, a short time later she also came though the crack in time and found her daughter there. Skak helped Beatrice and May get to 1884. When the house was placed into the correct time again, May and Beatrice lost their memories of the swapped houses. (AUDIO: The Ghost House)
