Dymond was a vraxoin smuggler who worked with Tryst in an attempt to smuggle the drug to Azure. While his ship, the Hecate, was in orbit above the planet in 2116, the Empress collided with it upon emerging from hyperspace. The Fourth Doctor and Romana II exposed his crimes and he was arrested by Fisk and Costa. (TV: Nightmare of Eden)
