Story notes

  • The title has been confirmed in Radio Times. [1]
  • Amy will be pregnant [2]
  • Two strange pictures for this episode have been released, one showing several pensioners who appear to be trying to remove the TARDIS from a garden, and another one showing an old lady with an axe, as if ready to attack someone. http://doctorwhotv.co.uk/amys-choice-4876.htm The old lady may be Amy's aunt Sharon, as the house behind her looks like Amy's.
  • The Dream Lord traps the Doctor, Rory and Amy in an alternative world and Amy has to decide what is the real world.

  • When teasing the new series, Steven Moffat mentioned a character he called 'The Dream Lord,' this character makes an appearance as the main villain of this episode, as the episode deals with a strange dream.
  • Others theorise that the 'Dream Lord' might be The Trickster, once more attempting to cause chaos by manipulating events.
  • Aunt Sharon will appear.
