Sanderson was dragged to Earth when her ship became entangled with the Doctor's TARDIS. She tricked John Andrews that she was the new medical officer for the base and got him to look for spies. She knew of the First Doctor when she questioned Dodo Chaplet, who she tried to hypnotise. She was ordered to capture the Doctor due to his future incarnations' actions. She wanted to kill the human race as her people thought that they were vermin. She was killed by the residual energy in the TARDIS after the forced landing. (AUDIO: The Incherton Incident)
