The Allies was a term used to refer to the opponents to the Nazis on Earth during World War II. One of their key leaders was British Prime Minister Winston Churchill, who conducted his operations from the Cabinet War Rooms in London. At one point during the London Blitz, they enlisted the aid of the Daleks, which they believed to be the invention of one of their scientists, Edwin Bracewell. Though at least Churchill, they were also able to call on the Doctor's help from time to time. The Doctor's eleventh incarnation and at least one other were known to have been on friendly terms with the Prime Minister. (DW: Victory of the Daleks)
