Theodore Fraser was the captain of the cutter Comet.
His ship rescued the survivors of the wrecks of the Mermaid, Swiftsure and Governor Ready. When the Comet was wrecked, Fraser and his crew took to the boats, leaving the other crews to cling to the wreckage. (PROSE: Of the Mermaid and Jupiter)
