And while we're at it, there is a fourth Sara. Let me list them now. I attribute the variant of Sara to a story only if I know the story, which means the lists of appearances are incomplete.
- Sara I - the original human Sara, present in TV: The Daleks' Master Plan, AUDIO: The Anachronauts (Parts 1-2, the end of Part 4), An Ordinary Life. She copied her conscience to the house on Ely as told in Home Truths. She died on Kembell in The Daleks' Master Plan.
- Sara's conscience within the house on Ely. It narrates stories about Sara I in AUDIO: Home Truths, The Drowned World, The Guardian of the Solar System. It is established that it has a will and desires of its own. It is replaced by Robert in the house and creates Sara II in The Guardian of the Solar System.
- Sara II in a body created by the House Sara. She appears at the end of AUDIO: The Guardian of the Solar System and (seemingly, I did not hear it myself) later appears in The Five Companions
- A dream version of Sara. She appears in AUDIO: The Anachronauts (Parts 3-4). She is destroyed with the dream.
All four are played/voiced by Jean Marsh.
