We could have [[Homeworld - list of appearances]] and [[Gallifrey - list of appearances]] ''and'' a single in-universe history for both; because lists of appearances are real-world pages. I really don't see what a feasible way of splitting them would be, let alone what the ''point'' of such a thing would be.
