Per my response above, I posit that the best solution is to
- Create a page called Cracks in time for most of the information currently present on Time field, plus an explanation of the cracks' connection to the time field; and
- Turn Time field into a neutral hub for the idea of a time field, with links to Cracks in time as well as discussions of other time fields like The Time Monster, The Claws of Axos, etc.
- Leave Total event collapse alone, it's fine.
