A remote control Neutroni Tele-Radar Satellite, (COMIC: The Batmen) also known as a Neutrom Tele-Radar Satellite (PROSE: Fireball Surrenders!) or Neutroni Radar Satellite, (COMIC: Power Play) was used by TV Century 21 to acquire pictures and reports about the adventures of Fireball XL5 and its crew for publication in their magazine.
Across January and February 2065, the Neutroni Tele-Radar Satellite documented the Fireball crew's encounter with the Batmen. (COMIC: The Batmen) A photograph of Fireball taken with the Tele-Radar Satellite accompanied a front page article about this incident on 13 February. (PROSE: Fireball Surrenders!)
However, the Neutroni Radar Satellite soon developed a technical fault and space engineers stated that because of this pictures and reports regarding Fireball for TV21 would instead have to be relayed via Laser-Accelerated Spectroview. (COMIC: Power Play)
