Summary
Somewhere under the ocean, three Sea Devils talk amoungst themselves. One Sea Devil, Brian, informs his comrades that their species has a serious image problem, primarily that the term "Sea Devil" is seen as "too aggressive" by focus groups, as well as how their extra large string vests do not convey the respect they need to convince humans to listen to their case. Another Sea Devil asks Brian what he suggests they do to remedy this. Later, the trio rise from the ocean wearing business suits, introducing themselves to a flabbergasted Third Doctor and Jo Grant as the "Indiginous Oceanic Community", before informing them that their solicitors have drawn up a legal claim to their planet. The Doctor merely exclaims "jumping jehosophat!" in response.
