Justin Richards was a "noted" author the the 20th century. His works were read by Amelia Williams when she was growing up.
Biography
Justin wrote fictional stories about a mysterious man known only as "the Doctor". He also wrote other novels, (PROSE: About the Authors) such as The Devil in The Smoke, (PROSE: Summer Falls: Introduction) The Death Collector, The Parliament of Blood, and The Chamber of Shadows, the latter three being about "fantastical events" of the Victorian era. Behind the scenes
- The anthology Summer Falls and Other Stories and all the short stories and other fiction included was all meant to exist in-universe; this also meant that Justin Richards, who was indirectly referenced in Summer Falls: Introduction and explicitly in About the Authors, exists in-universe.
