Pathway was a companion of the Tourist, a traveller through the 10,000 Dawns, with whom Graelyn Scythes's friend Shona and ex-girlfriend Ashlyn Oswin also came to travel, alongside Pathway and a "prototype" named Miranda. Together, they were among Graelyn's friends from across the multiverse who answered Archimedes Von Ahnerabe's call for video greetings when Graelyn was forced to spend her birthday in quarantine.
