If this file contains any derivative imagery from Doctor Who or its spin-offs, then the image is at least in part copyright BBC Worldwide. It is believed that the use of this image — on the Tardis Wiki qualifies as fair dealing under the laws of the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia, and as fair use under United States copyright law.
